Vicky Burmese Amber & GemsBurmese Amber Price Guide

How rough Burmese amber pricing works

A price per gram depends on the amber color grade and the size of each individual rough piece. Multiply that rate by the total weight ordered, then apply any eligible bulk discount.

What does the size band mean?

The band describes each piece, not the whole shipment. A 3,000 g order made up of 5–15 g pieces belongs in the small-piece band. It does not qualify as extra large merely because the shipment weighs more than 2,000 g.

Worked example: Dark Cognac

For small Dark Cognac, the listed range is USD 1.20–1.70 per gram. At 3,000 g, the subtotal is USD 3,600–5,100. At 5,000 g, the common-type 10% tier produces an indicative total of USD 5,400–7,650. Final availability and discount terms require confirmation.

What does the estimate include?

The published rates include import tax and delivery from Myanmar to Thailand. Delivery from Thailand to the destination, customs inspection, destination taxes and other local expenses are excluded. Ask for a destination-specific formal quotation before purchasing.

Why is a range shown?

The guide gives an indicative wholesale range. Exact grading, the selected lot and stock availability must be confirmed. Finished bead prices should be quoted separately from this rough material guide.
